8. AI Accuracy and Limitations

1. Accuracy of AI Algorithms: RockettAI utilises advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to provide various services and functionalities. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the AI-generated content, recommendations, and insights, it is important to note that AI algorithms are subject to inherent limitations and may not always be 100% accurate or error-free. Therefore, users should exercise their own judgment and discretion when relying on AI-generated information or suggestions.

2. Reliance on Human Expertise: RockettAI aims to complement and enhance the expertise of educators. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that the AI tools and resources provided should not substitute or replace human judgment, critical thinking, or professional expertise. Users are encouraged to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs in the context of their own knowledge and experience.

3. Data Influence on Accuracy: The accuracy and effectiveness of AI algorithms depend on the quality and diversity of the data used for training and learning. While we employ rigorous data collection and processing methods, it is important to recognise that biases or limitations in the underlying data can impact the accuracy and performance of AI systems. We are committed to continuously improving our algorithms and mitigating biases, but we cannot guarantee complete elimination of such biases.

4. Limitations of AI Technology: RockettAI acknowledges that AI technology has inherent limitations. These limitations include but are not limited to the following:

  • Contextual Understanding: AI algorithms may struggle to interpret contextual nuances, cultural differences, or subjective factors that humans readily grasp. Users should exercise caution when relying solely on AI-generated outputs in such cases.
  • Unpredictable Scenarios: AI algorithms may encounter challenges or produce unexpected results when faced with novel or unfamiliar situations that have not been encountered during training or have unique characteristics.
  • Security and Privacy: While we prioritise data security and privacy, it is important to note that AI systems may have vulnerabilities or limitations. Users should adhere to best practices for data protection and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Continuous Improvement: RockettAI is committed to continuous improvement and refinement of its AI algorithms, user experience, and overall platform performance. User feedback and experiences play a vital role in this process, and we encourage users to provide feedback, report issues, and suggest improvements.

6. Indemnification: By using RockettAI, users agree to indemnify and hold RockettAI, its affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or reliance on AI-generated outputs, including any inaccuracies, errors, or limitations.
